Shin-Ichiro Abe is one of Japan’s leading specialists in Japanese and international corporate restructuring and insolvency law. He is highly respected as an advisor for transactions (including M&A) and structures requiring insolvency protection and solutions. Shin-Ichiro has also contributed to numerous publications and spoken at various seminars and events. Shin-Ichiro is a visiting professor both at Chuo Law School and at Kokushikan University (Department of Law).
