Yoichi Sasaki

Yoichi Sasaki began his career at a law firm but then moved to an IT startup firm where he advised on M&A transactions and gained experience in developing acquisition strategies, approaching potential targets, organizing and following through on due diligence as well as negotiating and drafting transaction agreements. Mr. Sasaki has led a variety of successful M&A transactions from domestic to crossborder, involving companies of various sizes from early-stage startups to seasoned listed companies. Mr. Sasaki joined the Firm in December 2019.
